Chanting
From the beginning onward, music has
been one of the universal expressions of the human spirit, the heart and
soul of humanity. We chant the sacred names of the divine in a celebration
of life and fill our hearts with joy, laughter and love. Chanting the
rhythmic repetition of syllables or words, when done with the intention to
experience one's nature of Om satyam, Om shivam and Om sundaram, (love,
harmony and beauty) leads us to the desire for nothing else but our nature.
Develop
enthusiasm and passion in our living, even for the littlest things in
everyday life; work, driving, the desert, the mountains and the oceans.
Begin to develop appreciation and thankfulness, be in awe of life, love and
beauty all around us. Begin to develop passion and enthusiasm for each
moment of our life. Make life a celebration. Chanting the sacred
names and mantras becomes part of our blessings and our joy, truly,
rejoicing in life (God) completely. Namaste
The Om
Mantra is one of the most sacred of all mantras.
The
Om is the
vibration that can be heard within the Christ/Krishna consciousness all the
way into the physically manifested creation.
By repeating this mantra devotionally we are
striving to attune our self to the God Consciousness and experience our
divine nature.

Most of the kirtans/chants we do are in the Sanskrit language
because it is the sacred language.
